they need to improve their service but even if people give their suggestions in..they never take them on board otherwise it would be so much better by now!! xx

Thank you mindy very helpfull I hate the job centre as well thats why im on the sick they are messing me arround a lot saying they need more and more sick notes an then saying they havent recived them oh its sooo annoying lol but its better than being on job seekers allowence thats waaay annoying grrr lol thanks :D X

don’t I know it! I’m on jsa myself.. but hopefully not for much longer.. I’m on a job trial so if I get to keep it..I can sack the jobcenter off lol!! because they take the piss!! it took me nearly 3 weeks before I got my first payment thru when I first opened the claim =/ xx

if ya cant find it on the net.. ring your local 1 up and ask for it… or pop in and ask for it?? good luck… I absolutly hate the job center.. totally useless round here x
