I know I know, crunches. But what else is there? I am kind of aiming for a pack.
I'm really small, and I weight like 92 lbs.. 15 years old.. But I till have a bit of flab, ha.
Any ideas?
Girl, i know exsactly watchu mean. I am 14 i weigh 106 im very short and i still have a little flab to but what works for me is i just walk alot play sports. track,basketball,soccor,drink lots of water my mom says so heyy if you find out anything let me kno Girlyy. thanx ~bye bye~
Sit ups can help. Change your aeting habits. Try this, have a glass of water befor a meal then have another glass of water 10 min after your meal.(have them atleast twice a day) it worked for me so it can for you.
Drinking water can give you flatter abs?
And I know I know, I don't understand it either, but its totally true. I have like a lot of skin then, haha.
i have no clue. You have flab and you weigh 92 lbs? weird. Are u sure its not just skin?! lol.
