what is a healthy food plans for a bigger girl?

cus im having troubles eating so i wanna have a healthy food plan

eat proportionaly, eat frequent, but mall meals. try to cut back on fried foods and what would be placed under the ‘extras’ catagory in the food pyramid

try being a vegetarian….it worked for me and i lost the extra weight and i still am a vegetarian because i actually like the food better

see the only prob for that on my part is my familys pretty poor, we eat alot of meat mainly cus its cheaper then veggies

if u live by a zehrs or superstore they have really afforfdable veggetarian foods (pc brand) like i get the veggie chicken breasts, theveggie meatballs, the veggie chicken nuggets and the portabello swiss burgers( mushrooms, soy and cheese). and be sure to take multi vitamins….but vegetarian foods arent as expensive as they used to be because more people are being a vegetarian…and it really helps with weight loss if you stick to it (and also dont read calories read sodium because a person is only supposed to have 2200 mg a day…having more can lead to heart problems and clogged arteries) and exersise…in a year i lost 75 pounds

Vegetarian convenience foods can be quite expensive but whole grains, pasta and dried beans are very economical; usually cheaper than meat.

To eat healthier eat more whole grains, vegetables, and fruit.

instead of eating red meat try eatin tofu but adding the same seasonings and marinanate it
