What's a good and healthy eating and sleeping schedule for someone who works 4am to 10am/12pm about 4 days a week?

And still have some time to spend with people?

there isnt really one…so just make up your own. make you sure you eat right and get enough sleep

how about you eat a lot of iron rich food.. You might already be anemic because of lack of sleep, i guess?
