Healthy eating motorvation

Hey I was just wondering if anyone would be interested in helping me keep motorvated in a healthy eating plan?

best thing that works and stays is seeing it more like just aprt of life

  1. With some food I gross my self out which makes me not want to eat it like all the fatty butter so greasy and salty eww butter = clogged arteries lmao
  2. Replace some things with healthier things for example instead of chips and a sandwhich try sandwhich and grapes or other fruit you might like or even almods or a certain nutt

for any food you get a craving for just put a bottle of clear nail polish by it…so when you go to eat it paint your nails…it’s kinda hard to eat somthing with wet nails.

This is an excellent free site run by the Times newspaper where you can enter your weight, your target weight and then nominate 4 people as your motivatiors.

Your nominated motivators are e mailed each week with your results and they can then encourage you to do better and to keep on track.

I think it is an excellent idea and it is totally free with no catches.

I even joined up myself last weekend.
