hate my reflection

so I dont like the way I look but I dont keep the energy to exersice and eating “healthy” isnt all that easy so what do I do … and please dont say “I bet your beautiful the way you are please… but real advice would be good.

Talk to your parents about monitoring what you eat. And buying more healthy options for you. and also ask them to make you exercise at least twice a week. like how they make sure you’re doing your homework, same sorta thing.

make exercising fun, do it in a pool, you burn more calories in the pool anyway. or dance. make it fun, something you would like to do. eating healthy is hard, I still have yet to find a way to do it lol
