but im going to ask it neway. im not fat and I dont consider myself fat... but im going to utah in 3 weeks and I want to look good... so can someone please tell me what a good routine(everyday) would consist of... to helping me tone up... and get a lil bit firmer... much appriciated thanx... and also maby a good diet...

you already look great stephanie!!! :) but you can go for a run and stretch a lot. I think that works. thats what we did in crew to get in shape for races. hope I helped stephanie!!

Do a lot of cardio, and wrestle someone, it works
