I'd hate to ask this but...
I really think I should loose ten pounds over the summer…im a vegetarian and I do work out regularly but I think I’ve gained a few pounds during dead week and would like to shed a bit more.. any advice would be appreciated!thanks!
wOw that souds like a question id ask, listen im also a vegetarian and I also think I gained weigth and should loose 10 pounds but it depends on how much you alreadyy weigh before you do that.
you might have gained muscle weight… but I think you should just love you body for what it is. it really does feel so empowering.
