No, your friend is still a virgin. You lose your virginity only when you have sex I.e. a penis penetrates your vagina, not a finger. Her husband will never know as day-to-day activities can damage the hymen (layer of skin inside the vagina which breaks the first time you have sex) anyway and modern women’s hymen will be broken long before they ever have sex.
