If they drink too much of it yes maybe, but if your cat licked jalapeno it might burn it’s mouth and water will make it worse, but a bit of milk will calm it down.

hard to tell if animals taste spicy or not… id assume their taste buds are set up a bit differently.. id assume your cat will b fine. my dog ate a 5gram bud, chewed it for a bit and spit it out cause it didnt taste good and he will eat anything..
