Good ways to lose weight fast.

I need to lose 17 lbs to wrestle a lighter weight I need to know what are some good ways to lose that much weight in like 6 weeks??

simple :)

eat 5-6 small meals a day. this will gradually speed up your metabolism.

NO FAST FOOD. NO JUNK FOOD.

the fastest way to lose body fat, is to cut back on the calories you consume.

the law is simple:

burn more calories than you consume.

find out how many calories your body burns already naturally, without being active.

in order to do so, google a calorie calculator, with your proper information it should be able to calculate just about as many calories that you should eat a day to MAINTAIN the body fat you have.

then with that knowledge, count the calories you eat, and hopefully try to eat 300 less calories than necessary, and work out 500+ calories a day to start losing weight fast.

each pound of fat is 3000 calories or about.

in order to lose the pounds you need in 6 weeks, you need to really not indulge in anything unecessary, becuase that one cheat day be the day that ruined your chances of making it into the weight class.

your goal is attainable. but its gonna take a lot of balls, and will to get it done.

heres my advice, eat a big breakfast, a small lunch, and for supper have what you want. as you do all that, excercise as much as you can. go jogging after breakfast. do some sit-ups to help those abs and lift some weights. becaus ei say eat a big breakfast is because its the most important meal of the day! but like I said, try to go jogging as much as you can each day, and do a few sit-ups before or after jogging. this is a good way to lose those pounds.if it doesnt work and you lose no pounds after a week, contact me and I will give you more ideas.

Dont eat after noon, but eat anything you want before noon. I lost 40 pounds;)
