a bath in Epsom salt always does wonders…really soothes!

also some light fragrance candles calms…

some soft music is another way to not focus on the pain…might get him so relaxed he falls asleep always a good thing!

some massage on the head & dimples also help relieve tension!

hope those helped!

You could try taking his mind off it by watching a hilarious movie (the hangover for a suggestion…) or playing intricate games that will involve his mind the whole time, like pictionary, cranium etc.

Other than pain relievers depending on what type of pain you have there are many solutions. For sore muscles/cuts and bruises to the skip as Temptress stated Epsom salt really does the trick. To get rid of bruises and the pain associated a natural and well known remody is eating bananas. The potassium naturally helps build back whatever causes the pain….ok so I don’t know the scientific explanation, but if your unsure look it up lol! Another way to get rid of pain, esp lower back or shoulder pain is to do slow stretches. It will act basically as a massage to your muscle that can’t be reached by human fingers. It does wonders. I hope this helps…!
