Give me a routine

I need an exercise routine that I can do I have a tred mill and 3lb weights and that is all I have a bad back so sit ups are out of the question I am an apple shape I need to know how many sets or reps and how long not in miles if walking but in min mine is an old tredmill so I have to time it please please I have lost 85 pounds so far in 4 years I know not so great but I have lost 19 in the last couple months the flab is kiling me because I don’t look any better after loosing the weight I want to look as good as I feel and thanks

you need to do something to work your abs… maybe a curl machine at a gym. do pushups, run a lot, drink PLENTY of water, get involved in some physical activities.

I would start with 15 mins a day just 3 times a week. Then add on 5 minutes each week, so after a month you’re running about 30 mins each time.

Don’t bother with the 3 lb weights although you could use them to to lightweight arm curls. It’s better if you get more weughts for that, e.g. 5, 8 and 10 then you can increase the weight with each set.

Others may have different suggestions.
