use a heating pad on you lower abdomen and lower back.. if you arent allergic or you dont have any other medications that have interactions with advil take that If you can stretch the muscles in your pelvis, it will weaken the cramps and increase the blood flow to the muscles contracting causing the cramps… the one that works best for me is if I sit on the floor with my back really straight. I Bend my knees, keeping them as close to the floor as possible I bring my feet together, the bottoms of my feet touching, sole to sole, making a diamond shape with my legs. I take a deep breath and t then slowly bend forward and exhale. When Im about to straighten my back again and return to sitting I breathe in again.I do that about 10 times really slowly and every time I lower myself to the ground I get lower and lower until I can put my head on the ground. If you arent very flexable, .just go as low as you can comfortably..with out pulling any muscles or straining yourself. each time you lower yourself youll notice you can get a little lower. I think tea helps too..

hot water bottle, on the side. and ice as well. when my grandmother was in the hospital, I had to use a glove, with ice. lol

if you go to the doctor- they can give you BC, to control the cramps, and I have to take pain medicine.

putting pressure seem’s to help me a little, if I just hold it.
