Are there any home remedies for period cramps?
Ok, so does any girl know any good home remedies for period cramps because I know heat is one, and for all the years I’ve had mine I’ve taken tylenol but I don’t like to take it anymore and mine are so bad I double over sometimes and pamperin, midol, nor tylenol help for the bad ones. Also can plan b permanently mess your period up because during the summer ever since I took plan b all my periods have been light, and it just started today, anyone have any knowledge?
Bananas are good for cramps.
I could seguest fedamax or maybe a nice warm bath and a cup of tea helps me
