Getting thin and beautiful fast

Hi my advisor iam too much fat iam 13 years old I have only 10 days to show big difference . How can I do it ?in what ways ? And what diet I have to follow ? What does it consists of ? Please I want the results now because iam loosing time .

hello… eventhough I’m not your advisor… but I have something to share with u… -every morning, take a jog… about 45 minutes or an hour..up to u… until you sweat enough.. -eat regularly… do not take too much calories within this 10 days! -eat more vegetables… salad, tomatoes, anything that you want, potatoes, -do exercise, of course!!! -work out until you satisfy… do not give up easily… just 10 days right? about the work outs… I think running can give good results..push ups, -eat on time… do not eat too much, do not supper… just eat in small quantities… more to vege… -I mean… eat 2 or 3 times a day… -hmmm… I hope this can help u…
