What are some (specific) foods that have a wide variety of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients?
I’m no food expert but I would say almost any fruit or veggie. They’re good too :)
I’ve heard anything with weat noodles are good for you. The other noodles, I’ve heard has alot of butter in them.
I’ve read that it is nearly impossible to get all your daily vitamins and minerals with food, and to take a one a day to get the vitamin and minerals your not getting from food.
