What foods make hair grow faster and longer?

I want to grow my hair long fast. So what foods are there which contain the vitamins needed to support hair growth? What foods help hair grow faster and longer?

Vitamin A, B vitamins and the right amount of iodine: not too much or too little.

Vitamin A is in many colored vegetables and animal products. B vitamins are in whole grains, nuts, beans, seeds, bran, etc. And eggs. There are different B vitamins so get a variety of these things. Iodine is in iodized salt and sea vegetables (seaweed, kelp, etc.).

Vitamins and minerals are essential for every process in the body. So w/ little stuff slows down, w/ none it stops and you get a “deficiency disease”, and an excess provides no additional benefit.

hunn I doubt there is a kind of specific food anywhere that would make your hair grow faster, but I do know of some pills that will. Biotin and Niacin, now the average hair growth is around 1/2 inch a month, taking Biotin and Niacin together will boost that to around 3-4 inches a month. ;) hope I helped
