Effective ideas for a flat stomach?

right I’m rather slim if I may say so.. and at about the right weight for my height! but I wanna tone my stomach up… I guess I need to lose sum of the belly fat for it to be flat… what sorta things should I stick to eating as in snack wise if I choose to..(because I hardly ever snack in between meals anymore) and what effective exercise etc.. can I do!!

any ideas how long this could take to start showing results… because I have been doing stomach crunches.. for about a week or so… I know no results will show yet… but I am determined lol!!

well I weight just over 7 and half stone duno what that is in pounds etc.. but I’m only 5ft 1

doing the crunches are good! I’m doing them to to tone up too lol! but yeah…jogging, eating healthy(er), drinking lots of water, ect. there are many ways! it might take about four weeks, or less, depending on how much you weigh, evryone’s different. :)
