How to get a flat stomach?

I’m 5’1 and 115 pounds, (I’m 16 in age)even though I’m little I still have a small gut. And it’s annoying because you can see it though my shirts and I can’t wear form fitting dresses or shirts let alone a Bikini. Im physically fit and hardly have a hard time excising, so i don’t how what to do. I can feel the ab muscles under the fat on my stomach but how do I get rid of the fat?

Running, biking, swimming are great ways loose fat. Crunches, plank, reverse crunches, side bends are good exercise for the stomach. Eat healthier and drink lots of water. Also green tea is great for losing weight (it is also great for your immune system, skin and many more things. Make sure it is caffeine free though.)

It doesn’t matter how many crunches, or abdominal exercises you do it won’t make your “gut” go away. The only way to achieve a flat stomach is through eating clean and exercise to reduce your body fat percentage. Cardio mixed with weight training is the best way to approach exercise and to eat clean you need to drink alot of water and stay away from processed foods. Anything that comes out of a box, or has a long list of ingridents that you don’t know what are is usually bad. Fresh fruits, vegetables, lean meats like chicken, tuna, turkey are great along with whole grains.
