How can I get a flat, firm stomach and firm legs and thighs?
ive been working hard for nearly three years and i have gottne know where what are the best exercises and eating habits etc that i can do can get a flat firm stomach and firm legs and thighs.. i am limited towhat i am allowed to do as i am only 15..
i would try eating out less more veggys and fruits alot less red-meat situps and curls all will help good luck
you should do 22 mins of cardio a day this will reduce your over all body mass, then you should target places that you want to tone. for your thighs i would do lunges, they work best. But be sure not to over do it because you wont see results with the quantity of exercise, but in the quality of how you do it.

Change your diet…lay off carbs, sugars, and stay on protiens, vegi’s/fruits & fiber. Take vitamins Drink plenty of water 8 (8 once) glasses a day minimum(not including tea or coffee) Meaning before each meal & anytime you feel hungry(do not sub for food)

Anyone can tell you to exercise…20 mins 50 mins but if you dont know what you need to be doing then you will turn body fat into muscles & that does nothing. All that walking/running/jumping wont give you what ya need…you need a trainer to give you 3-5 basic training lessons so you know your areas & what will really work to get you results you want & need.

ZUMBA(my fav workout now a days) which an all around cardio based up beat moving system that seems like your going out dancing with a bunch of friends on the weekend. The moves are quite simple…the music is amazing & its endless fun so you want to keep it up and doing just 55 mins a day will help you burn 900 cals a day…boost your metabolism and have your friends begging you for your secrets.
The amazing thing is its for all ages…from kids to elderly ladies…it’s safe, fun & you will be glad ya did it for you! If you dont believe me, just youtube either one of them to get a taste…it’s what got me hooked…Hope this helps. Good Luck!
