Fitness program

Im a guy that dont have a lot of time to workout. I try to workout every weekday. but I need a good fitness plan that I can be able to stick to and lose some fat and get tone. if anyone could help me out it would be great. im a male that is 6’1 200 lbs looking to gain muscle and loose fat.

lol Well can you go of a night time?? If so stick to what I said (unless you feel uncomfortable doing it at a gym) and you’ll be fine mate.

I dont have much time cause my job is too demanding. but I wouldnt do that everyday. I need like a full plan.

Ok of a night time you could do a 1 or 2 hour session and start with

Sit ups Push ups Chin ups Dumbells ( not too big to start off ) and a jog every second night.
