What foods are high in fiber?

…what are the most fiber rich foods out there?

Answer #1

All Bran breakfast cereal is pretty fibre rich. If you’re looking for something to clean your digestive system, you can get Metamucil powder, which is made up into a drink you have at breakfast.

Answer #2

Mostly vegetables and really grainy foods. Vegetables such as, collard greens, salad, spinach, all have lots of fiber, however with salad and generally with all vegetables, the darker the better. However with grainy foods and such, if you’re talking bread, than whole wheat would be the best or cereal, wheaties are generally the best with fiber or raisin bran, all of these generally carry a lot of fiber. Oh and fruit wise, raisins and prunes, but prunes are nasty as hell imo, use that as a last resort. Hope I helped. ~JL
