What are some foods that are almost 100% fiber?

…other than fiber supplements; I’m thinking along the lines as something all natural. Already tried paper, not so good :/ Tried cinnamon sticks too, they’re surprisingly spicy and make me queasy.

Beans, Bran cereals (like All-Bran or Raisin Bran), and my personal least favorite because I think they are nasty (but they are SUPER high in fiber, like 10-15g for a few)–figs.

eat shreaded wheat :) like the cereal not saying literally go out and shread wheat and eat it.

have you tried eating vegetables ? there high in fiber :D & among other vitamins as well… uh you can also eat oats, they have fiber.. :)
