Resting your hand from writing for a while is the only thing that works. I used to get it when I was in university. Also stretching your fingers can relieve it.

Answer #6

Seriously bc it happens when I bend my toes a certain way 2 it always happens at soccer and at the house

Answer #7

It is usually caused by muscle fatigue, and it is made worse by poor circulation - particularly when caused by poor fitness due to inadequate exercise. Low temperatures can also cause these cramps in the extremities - as the body will reduce blood flow into the limbs in order to preserve core temperature in the body thus protecting the vital organs. In the short term - the best immediate treatment / remedy is to stretch the contracting (cramped) muscles out again, e.g. by bending the toes in the opposite direction to that in which they are tending to cramp. Massaging the affected areas and the lower arm / lower leg will also help as the friction will help to warm the blood supply. In the longer term, increasing exercise duration, frequency and intensity will improve overall fitness and blood circulation, thus making the cramps less likely to occur.
