as brinna says it would be very nutricious indeed,and if pigs can live of just mais and corn flours,just like a lot of industrial type farms give animals very restricted diets, I think mice could live off only cannabis (providing they get a lot of the extremly nutricious seed, if not hemp seed is the same!) and be VERY healthy.

Are you kidding me? If you aren’t going to feed your mice regular mouse food you don’t even deserve to have them as a pet, that’s horrible. I find it hard to believe that you’re 16…

In spite of all the outraged responses, I am here to tell you that your mice would be very happy eating cannabis, particularly if you also gave them the seeds (which are extremely high in protein and essential fatty acids.) The greens are fairly nutritious, and are used in certain global cuisines such as in Vietnam, as a flavoring. There is too much disinformation circulating about cannabis.

It is actually a very beneficial plant, and it is only scare mongering of those who would keep prohibition in place, that has confused the folks answering you. If they would actually study the plant, they would discover how they have been lied to.

BTW the US Govt. holds its own patent (#6,630,507) based on the medicinal qualities of cannabis. In it they point out that it is an anti-inflammatory and a neuroprotectant, good for strokes, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, trauma, etc. You can look it up online.

That is cruel and inhumane. Not only could you be arrested for possession of marijuana but you could also be arrested for cruelty to animals.

Nothing can survive off cannabis alone. They are giving mice cannabis for scentific experiments, and that’s all they should be given weed for (if that).

Well marijuana is the best thing in the world. It does not harm your brain cells in any way. but it sure isn’t good for them. you can live off eating marijuana because its a plant. and plants have protein. and f*ck that animal cruelty shit. the cat in the bong its animal cruelty. I mean I feed my dog stems and shit. and shes fine. I guarantee the mouse wasn’t getting high if he was in fact giving it marijuana. their is a lot of steps to make sure that the THC will get you high if you eat it. but straight buds the mice weren’t getting high they were just eating it like celery or what ever mice eat.
