Can the father of your child take full custody of the child if the mother ask for child support?

he cant take your child as long as your doing everything right even if he tries as long as your a good mother and have no history or using any kind of illegal substances or anything like that your okay

Depends on the best interest of the chid. If the guy marries and the court think the child would be better off financially and the living arrangements with the dad and his new partner provides a more stable living arrangement, the court may give full custody to the man. Just because you are the biological mother, doesn’t mean the father of the child cannot fight for custody. If you are working fulltime and the child is placed in day care, the judge might rule in favour of the guy if he has a stable relationship. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Not sure about any rules/laws where you live but here in america we have where like if your mentally stable with like no record and everything is better than vs the father you deff get the child.because your its mother.and if you can’t support it good then its all good.although if the father is mentally stable and wants to see the child ,the court will make you let the child go with the father for like a weekend or something like thaaaat.

its in the best interests of the baby. plain and simple, if ur a drug addict or abusive mother ur pretty much screwed lol
