How can I lose fat from my thighs?

yea yea i know.. im just one of thoes kidss who have the lowest self esteem. idk im 13 5’7 and 115 at the most. but i just have really big thighs.FATTIE. umm i need to lose wieght from them..so like 5 pounds in one week. how would i do that?

Exercise and diet, you should know this, be careful with what you eat, if you want to do it, you can do it. Don’t make the mistake of not eating because this works just when you don’t eat, but you will get sick and after you start eating again you will get more weight than ever. Play a sport that you like, if you don’t like any just go for any sport and this will help you loose weight and be active. GOOD LUCK

At your height I can’t imangine your thighs being fat, that is a very low weight for your height, if you want to tighten your muscles, walk a mile a day or bike or do squats to tighten your thighs
