How can I stop being fat and depressed?

okay so im fat I know people say yea im fat and I weigh like 113 I’m not one of thoes people I weigh 261 and im 18 beacuse I weigh I weigh so much im so derpressed about my body I just recently got my senior pictures back and I hate them like really hate them… I wish I could just burn them but of corse my mom would get pissed off at me… people tell me not to wry about what other people think but I do I wana be a girl guys look at and go daymnnn but insted im the girl guys look at and go ew.. I just I don’t know what to do anymore..

Hi. Losing weight is a struggle, if it were easy, we’d all be thin. I’ve battled my weight my whole life and I’m now 54 years old. Almost at my ideal weight, but not quite. l joined weight watchers and let me tell you, having a group share their thoughts and struggles is so helpful. I’ve been a Weight Watcher member for 30 years on and off. Finding a fun meeting is key. A leader who sucks will not help you. But first, take out a pen and paper and write down all the things you like about yourself. Don’t even say there’s nothing you like, your smile? your kindness? sense of humor? Whatever!! Just keep writing. You need to see, you are so much more than the numbers on a scale. And this just may start you thinking how awesome you really are. And remember, you only have to lose one pound at a time. Don’t look at the big picture, baby steps. You go girl. Good luck and God Bless.

Is it genetics, or do you eat unhealthily? Get a healthy diet and exercise routine, and you’ll lose weight significantly. It helps having friends or family to support you too!

remember as tough as it is to drop the wieght your the only one who can change your body image just thank god it is changable .amagi if you were stuck like that now that would be worse right? so think positive take it as a new challenge and do something about it first start by eliminating simple things like instead of soda drink water or instead of white bread eat wheat bread then try eating a salad before a meal it fill you up so then you ‘ll eat less then try adding more fruits and veggies to your meals . lower your portion size to the size of your fist try that plus add 30 min of cardio 3 times a week and youll see the difference also when you see results it will deff. give you confidence to keep goin hope this helps …miss v

I f u really want to lose the weight u will.Just don’t go into a drastic change because that will affect u really bad.
