How do I tone up?

I know I’ve posted these types of questions before… and like it’s true that I don’t need to lose any more weight.

I don’t want to be underweight or anything, I’d just like to look better. I’m usually home all the time because my parents are ‘over protective’ and I barely get to go out.

I try to exercise at home, we have a stationary bike.. should I just bike on that? What other things should I do?

I’ve been trying to tone up for a while now.. but I don’t see any results..

You wont see any results in your self because you look at yourself all the time. other people will notice. just give it time.

do crunches, push ups…you dont need to lose weight…just get toned right? =] Work out. thats the keyy

u could do clap push ups squat jumps 6 inches (lie on da floor straight and lift your legs and head up 6 inches and hold it 4 about 10 secs or more then gradually try 2 reach higher) and u could do simple exerciseslyk pushing your hands 2 gether
