Excersize tips!!

So, I’m gonna do excesize later on.. Is there any excersize tips for the bigg tummy Lol hope yu can help mee!! Thanx :)

crunches and cardio

such as running, jogging, jumping jacks…stuff like that… that gets the heart up & going(:

Yeah crunches works, and so does Pilates.

Search it, I’m doing it and it’s done wonders to my body. But I have been slacking off lmfao so thats not good :(

I would start out on cardio (exercise bike, or treadmill) for about 15 mins and then go to lifting weights lift light and do high reps in between sets only take 60 second breaks then just back to cardio for another 15 mins, its going to be tough at first but challange yourself to do more every day, more reps more weight etc. not more time. you shouldnt have to workout more than an hour a day. good luck!
