Is self-esteem the same as self-confidence?
Partially. Self-esteem is how you see yourself … the way you look, your level of knowledge, etc. Self-confidence is what you have certainty in … for example, you can be certain that you write good poetry, but it doesn’t necessary mean you have a healthy self-esteem.
