When you eat dinner, do you normally eat it at the kitchen table with your family, or by yourself?

No we eat dinner alone lol.My parents are getting divorced and my dad moved out.We never ate dinner together anyways.Like i would be eating at the table my mom would be cleaning or on the computer and my dad would be upstairs eating lol.But i always sorta wished my family could do that.

Lol my family and I do that sometimes but it usually ends up in some huge fight >. .> so she doesn’t like to watch. Anyway, thanks for answering!

usually on sundays or when we have guest we eat at the table but any other day we (meaning me and my sister) eat ont the couch or floor in front of the TV … and my dad eats after were done in his room …. gotta love family togetherness lol!!!

Whoa O.o what happened with my comment lol? I meant to say that my mum doesn’t like the way I eat, so she doesn’t want to watch lol.

Me and my family always go off to eat wherever. We hardly ever eat togethor. Usually my stepdad will eat in the living room and watch his usual violent movies and my mom will be in a different room eating and I’ll be here on the computer eating. It’s always kinda boring if we try eating togethor unless we’re watching a movie

Usually it’’s just my Mum and I at home, and we togther now and then, I tend to eat later in the afternoon at work, so I’m not always hungry when I get home, and my mums own work schedule means that it’s sometimes it’s just not realisitic to wait for each other. My cousin stays a couple of days a week, so we sit togther when she’s here. Sunday is the main day for a proper family meal, because my grandparents visit and so we allsit down togther then.

The house is usually empty, so I eat dinner alone all the time. And even when people are home, everyone avoids one another. Quite a quiet atmosphere.

I usually eat dinner only with my mom since my dad works and my brother gets to obsessed with his xbox. but on sunday i usually go to my grandma’s and eat dinner with my grandma, brother, uncle, and if my uncle has his kids that weekend my cousins. the number has gone down though. it use to be including me 9 to11people.

i eat alone in my room or i usually have friends over at my house (they all think my moms awsome :$) and we eat outside :P but i rarely eat with my mom and sister and then i never eat with my dad but sometimes i will with my stepmom (very rarely though) but when i go to toronto to stay with my bro for a few weeks/days we always eat/cook together :P

When I was younger I dont think I ever had dinner (or lunch on weekends) without my family. Obviously I live alone now so I have dinner on my own.

My daughter and I usually eat dinner together (it’s just the 2 of us), but we never eat at the table. We eat in the living room, each of us on our own computers, the tv blaring and the 2 of us talking between bites. I’d have it no other way.

my fsmily likes to eat at the table together but idk… i kinda like it both ways. i think i like eating by myself more though. then i get to have a little time to reflect on my day and stuff

when im at my dads then i have to eat at the table but at “my” house we just eat wherever unless its a special occasion then we have to eat at the table :(

I usually eat with my family. our family went through a tough time and then recovered so now we always eat dinner together, or at least as often as possible. i am homeschooled so we usually eat lunch together, except for my dad, who works during the day. my mom usually eats sooner then the kids, but she sits and reads school stuff to us while we eat. i luv spending this time with my family. we talk and sometimes we play verbal games and stuff.

when i was little me and my family ate together every night and before i was in first grade, i ate lunch with my mom and her daycare kids….now we eat with our whole family on special occasions but usually its me and a couple of my sisters…with a family of 8, though, its hard to eat dinner together every night with all of our sports and activities
