Is it bad to eat to eggs everyday?

Answer #1

It depends on how your eating them. Generally two eggs a day wont do you any harm if its just scrambled, over easy, boiled, etc. I wouldnt eat fried eggs every day though. Its also healthier to eat just the egg whites. Eggs are good for you in moderation, just dont over do it.

Answer #2

if you don’t fry them than its basically okay

Answer #3

i’m vegan, and recently I added 2 eggs to my diet every day. Gah! But I had to, so I do them very very hard boiled. For like 15 minutes. No salt, just boil and eat. Frying in bad news.

Answer #4

You know the south beach diet requires an almost all egg only egg diet for the first month or two. Something like that. The people who I knew that did it lost weight like crazy. But I don’t think it’s harmful to eat 2 eggs a day. good protein, good for health.

Answer #5

Eggs are actually high in cholesterol, and it’s not recommended to have them more than a few times a week…high cholesterol leads to cardiac problems.

Answer #6

But, I thought vegans didn’t eat eggs? I also thought you were only a vegetarian though.

Answer #7

umm….you gonna have some bad gas hahaha

Answer #8

I am a vegan, sadly now an “ovo-vegetarian” at least until I get a better substitute for eggs. I’ve cut back soy to almost zero from my diet.

Answer #9

Eggs is alot better then processed food but dont over do it. The liver has two jobs, to break down fat and to remove cemicals, if you eat processed food which has a lot of chemicals in it, it makes the liver have to work on the chemicals and never get around to breaking down the fat which is a bad thing because it then stores it making you … well fat.
