Is it bad that I eat a bagel in da morning?

It takes time to eat cereal and we have red grapes but I dont like those. Im not big on oatmeal. So is it bad

Answer #1

It isn’t BAD. but, if your watching your weight. I’m just letting you know that you should eat whole wheat, and that a bagel is equal to 4 pieces of bread so.. not what I would call good. you should really go with a toasted sandwich. you can add a small layer of cream cheese on toast or that plus a small layer of jam. its almost like a cheese cake sandwich but with around 300 calories if you just put a moderate amount of cheese and jam. you should use light cream cheese. this breakfast is half the bread of a bagel. the sandwich =300 calories. the bagel with cream cheese = 500 + calories. you choose ;)

Answer #2

No it is not bad to eat a bagel in da morning, but try to make it healthier by using whole grain or whole wheat bagels, low fat cream cheese, and ad a piece of fruit and juice with it.

Answer #3

No its not bad… just do something different once in awhile. Like when you have more time, eat cereal or something.

Answer #4

100% pure calories and little to metabolize it with. Try something whole wheat instead. OTOH they do fortify regular bagels with part of what’s missing, as required by law. That started around the first world war IIRC when they said, “Hey, why is everyone eating refined flour so crazy sluggish and unfit to join the army. Ohhh.”

Answer #5

No, as long as you don’t put too much butter on it. And as long as it’s not one of those bagels that contain chocolate chips.
