Why can't I eat?

My body and mind are telling me that I’m full, that I don’t need anything to eat. And when I do eat, I get a stomachache and feel like I ate too much (even though I didn’t) it will hurt. It’s been like this since sunday, I’ve only eaten maybe once a day. Yesterday and today I haven’t eaten anything… Why am I like this, and how do I get hungry again?

force your self to eat. or you will get even sicker, because your body wont have any energy to fight off anything thats in your body

I used to have that happen when i got really stressed out, If your really unable to eat get carnation instant breakfast and drink that cause at least you’ll be getting some nutrients. I’ve gone weeks without being able to eat normal food just cause i was so stressed out my body just gave up on hunger.
