Dropping a subject

I wanted to drop psychology because im really struggling..my guidance teacher said I could..then today my psychology teacher was like your guidance teacher says your supposed to be doing psychology and not allowed to just do revision..I was like eh actually she said I could do revision.

So after psychology I spoke to GT again and she was like no cus I thought you couldnt do int1 even tho I told her..so shes like your doing psychology..and I said I ain going to sychology at all and if I cant drop it then im leaving school(cus im REALLY struggling)..shes like I dont wan you loosing qualification and im like isnt it better to loose 1 than 5..n its my life..so I had a MASSIVE argument with her..

Anyway..shes like go home and think about it..I dont no what to do..what can I say to her to let me drop it..im struggling so much and I heve told her that…:’( I’ve been in tears at school now cus she wont let me drop it..

yeh..like I said to her isnt it better to drop something im really struggling with and focus on the subjects I Want to learn and do revision for those, because I’ve also given up on psychology, just cant be bothered with it..

shes just like oh well your teacher thinks you will do fine with it..and shes like well its not your choice and im thinking well Yes it is..its my life and its me who knows best if im struggling or not..

Answer #4

tell her it is your choice and you wish to drop it. she is not allowed to tell you no after offering you to drop the course. tell her you’d much rather drop it, than fail.
