drop a few pounds

I need to drop some weight…I’ve done the whole eat right and work out hardcore but it doesnt work. help pleasee

I call bullshit on your question. Do HIIT and eat 6 small meals a day.

I wouldn’t work out to hard . If I was you I’d move around while I’m eating. And when working out try to have fun like dance to music around the house and you may get carried away a before you know it you’ll start to lose weight. I myself have a flat belly from belly dancing and yoga , pilates, and karate.

okay thanks. I’ve always been an atheltic girl but I’ve been on the bigger side. im not fat but im not thin at all. and I was thinking of some yoga but I heard it didnt do anything… would you recomend it?

well, hard core can build muscle! you may have lost weight but gained muscle! Muscle weighs more than fat you know!
