Does doing yoga and drinking water make you lose weight?

does it? and what else should I eat? I dont really like to run, but I love yoga.

Healthy diet and exercise will help you to lose weight. I do yoga once to twice a week, and it helps to keep my body toned in addition to running, but doesn’t help a whole lot with weight loss. Yoga helps to put you in a better frame of mind as well, I find I always come out SO relaxed when I am done.

To lose weight you need to burn more calories than you consume. You really need to monitor your calories to lose weight. Eat 1000-1200 a day. Exercise is good because it only increases the amount of calories you burn.

drinking water wil definately be a factor in weight loss, and just feeling better in general. Carbonated drink (even diet) are just bad for you…

Yoga, will mellow you out and Ice Cold Water will help alot, it actually speeds up your metabolism and helps you lose weight. There’s no easy way, you have to be motivated and work on it through a healthy diet and exercise
