does yoga really make you lose weight? but it’s not regular yoga..it’s yoga for abs. && there’s one for yoga for legs.. but do you know if they’ll really work?

yes yoga can loose your weight and diet is must and last thing is you walk in the morning daily

Its one of the best ways to lose weight, yeah. Water aerobics is too. I recommend it.
