Does anyone have a difficult time getting emotions out?
Does anyone have a difficult time getting emotions out? Well, I know I have a difficult time getting certain emotions out but, eventually I need to let them out. So, I was just wondering if any of you have trouble letting them out or not.
I personally don’t have a problem with getting any emotions out.
I tell it how it is, and really don’t care what people think after I say it. :D
just say whatcha feel, you’ll feel so much better if you do. don’t cry & bottle them up and be pissed off all the time. that’s no way to live. let everyone know what’s up and be confident with everything you say. if they care about you, they’ll listen. and if not, screw them. haha.

I do..all the time. And they get bottled up and come out as anger towards people I love.. it not only hurts me but them as well. I just have a hard time talking about things. At least to peopes faces.. I tend to not trust people. So Ijsut keep things to my self until I just can’t take it. Then I deal in different ways..that I probably shouldn’t.. But Ihave found that writing in a diary helps a lot. you can cry or be mad or anything while you are writing. and after you are done, you feel better.
Yeah I do. I have a lot of trouble telling people how I feel that’s why I write a lot. It’s the only way I can get them out fully.
