can you tell me what diet you tried and how it worked for you?

even if its your own diet put together I would like to know :)

Join a water polo team… You get to eat basically what ever you want. And stay fit as hell.. Once the season is over.. You’re boned.. Cause you balloon!

well not me personally but my mums always said the weightwatchers diet is ebst because you can eat woteva you want but in moderation so you dont starve

I STARTED A DIET IN SEPTEMBER AND I HAVE LOST 42 LBS. I DRINK a lot OF GREEN TEA. ITS SUPPOSED TO SPEED UP YOUR METABOLISM AND DONT EAT AFTER 7PM. I SWITCHED FROM MOUNTAIN DEW TO VITAMIN WATER. I MAKE IT A POINT TO EAT 1 SERVING OF FAT FREE COTTAGE CHEESE. (SOMEBODY ONCE TOLD ME IT HELPS) AND I JUST KEEP TELLING MYSELF THAT THIS HAS TO WORK FOR ME AND IT REALLY IS WORKING. I FEEL BETTER THEN I EVER HAVE. MY ONLY PROBLEM WITH IT IS THAT THE WEIGHT CAME OFF SO FAST IM HAVING A HARD TIME TONING MY SKIN. THATS WHAT IM WORKING ON NOW. .. GOOD LUCK ITS HARD TO DO BUT THE BIGGEST THING WITH LOSING WEIGHT IS WILL POWER. IF YOU BELIEVE THEN YOU ACHEIVE. I HAVE FAITH IN YOU IF IT HELPS ANY!

When I got pregnant with my son - I gained 45 pounds. I have lost 35 of it already. Here’s what I did

-Make water your primary drink after breakfast (juice for breakfast) -Eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones -No white foods (carbs) -Salads with no dressing (use vinegar instead) -Write down everything you eat, you are less likely to overeat when you see what all you have eaten that day -No fried foods - only grilled or baked -Do not eat anything with corn syrup, fructose, or something you can not pronounce. -Walk for 45 minutes a day -Drink a glass of water before you eat a meal -Eat slowly, chew each bite 20 times, whenever you eat too fast, you don’t give yourself enough time to digest your food and for your stomach to tell you that you are full. -Use vegetables to bulk up meals. You can eat twice as much pasta salad loaded with veggies like broccoli, carrots, and tomatoes for the same calories as a pasta salad sporting just mayonnaise. Same goes for stir-fries. -Eat 90 percent of your meals at home. You’re more likely to eat more – and eat more high-fat, high-calorie foods – when you eat out than when you eat at home -Eat only when you hear your stomach growling -Use flavorings such as hot sauce, salsa, and Cajun seasonings instead of relying on butter and creamy or sugary sauces -Spend 10 minutes a day walking up and down stairs. -Order the smallest portion of everything. -Substitute a handful of almonds in place of a sugary snack -Get most of your calories before noon. -Don’t eat after 7pm, you won’t be able to work those calories off. -Brush your teeth after every meal, especially after dinner. That clean, minty freshness will serve as a cue to your body and brain that mealtime is over
