What is the best diet for someone who has hormonal problems due to polysistic ovaries, doctors still don't know the cause but I think it is caused from junk food my period comes every 3 months and that causes the male hormone to be more than the female hormone how can I balance that with diet?
Junk food? That's an interesting theory. Any how, you cant balance hormones with food. It is helped by losing weight though. If I remember correctly, it does tend to make the body more insulin resistant and I think my doctor told me to try and eat more proteins than carbs. But you should consult your doctor on that one.
