What to do if I'm super depressed?

I have felt depressed before. I know. I know its awful how you feel. But just talk to people about it and it will help. What are you depressed about?

You could go to your doctor if you feel up to it. The thing with depression is it makes you want to stay home alone but what you really need is to get out. Put your headphones on and put on some happy music even if you don’t feel like it. Even if it is just for a walk around the block or to the park. If you can’t talk to your doctor then you should go to your local library and you can get out some books on depression and help yourself at home. You must understand that you are not alone and this is a very common problem that can be fixed.

I know what your going through because last year my mum and her boyfreind ave moved in 2gether and its been nothing but arguments ever since and now were in money troubles, my mum has gotin ill and and im still depressed but it helps when your around freinds trust me.please add me as on your freinds list as im lonly at school and I need someone 2 talk 2…

Im super depressed I just brought a car for 695 dollars and the damn thing broke down on me right after I brought it. Cant do anything about it because the guy put as is on the recipt. You are not in this alone im so depressed right now. That I dont know what to do. And when you know you are not alone it makes you feel a little better.
