yes dancing is a good way to burn calories, any physical movement burns calories. the number of calories that you burn just depend on the type of dancing you do/the movement and how long you do each movement.

yes it would be :) any type of physical exercise burns calories. the more intense the type of dance it is the more calories you will burn and the more fat as well. it really depends on what type of dance it is on how significant and how many calories you will burn

well i got this game called just dance so it has a variety of dances but mostly focuses on moving the arms but it also includes moving the lower body as well. Im not sure if i should dance longer in order to get a better workout or just change something else that will be more effective

I consider dancing to be one of the very best options for maintaining good physical and mental health. .
