cutting back on soda

I drink diet coke at least 4 times a week. if I were to completely stop would I lose some weight?

probly but I like drinking soda too and I feel like you cant really lose weight by it

Yes. Just because it’s diet, doesn’t mean it’s any good for your weight.

You won’t notice it. You drink it four times a week? IF it was 4 times a day, ya cut back. But a week?

No. Weight loss is caused by consuming less calories than your body burns for energy. Since diet sodas have NO CALORIES - ZERO - drinking or not drinking then has no net effect on your weight.

Now if you were drinking regular sodas, then yes.

If you want to lose weight, do two things…

Eat less, move more. That simple, and that hard. Good Luck!!
