Crash diets

I dunno why but half way through yr 7 I stopped eating at school and now I am in yr 9 and I still do it I think my body is used to it I dunno but I wan’t to no why I think I am fat and that why a crash diet making me think about becoming annorexic…

Please help me :(

Crash dieting is NEVER the answer if you really want to lose weight then eat more dark green veggies and instead of desert eat watermelon!

Starving yourself could more likely kill you, first of all you need fat on your body because you burn it while moving and as you burn it all and don’t have any left your body starts burning important things then starts shutting down slowly! You’ll DIE if you don’t eat.

just recentlyy I’ve stopped eating mostlyy bc I am fat and I’ve lost 15 lbs in 2 weeks and the first few days were hard but the longer you go with barelyy eating anything the easier is gets I dont rlyy eat much besides bananas oranges grapes strawberries eggs and peanut butter and my friends are giving me crap about it liek one of my best friends who I’ve been friends wit for 12 years dsnt rlyy tlk 2 me and she like spazzed out at me the other dayy but I know she will get over it and in the end when im skinny I know it will all have been worth it but make sure you do whats rite for you dont get soo nastlyy skinny bc ther is this girl in my school who dsnt eat and she looks disgusting so dont do that bc its just as bad as being fat and also I’ve noticed im more tired and have been sleeping a lot more since not eating rlyy so make sur eu think about it from all sides bofore you do it. good luck =D

I don’t eat lunch either. I think I’m fat.. I’ve thought about crash dieting. But when you don’t eat for a while and lose weight, all that weight is going to come back once you eat again. That’s what I heard. So instead of doing that, I am eating healthy, but I still don’t eat lunch. I just eat a yogurt or a piece of fruit when I get home. That is just going to harm your body. Please do not become anorexic. Just work out and eat healthy. :)I hope this helps.

you clearly dont really think your fat or else you wouldnt say I think I’m fat you’d say I AM fat. which your most likely not, you didnt share your height and weight though so I cant say. I dont eat at school either lol who cares? if that worries you bring some fruits and vegies to school.. you dont gain weight from those.
