Trying to go healthy but feel like crap!

Im trying to go healthy and eat healthyer foods I tried for days but all I feel is tired yet hyper and moody when ever I walk past my pantry I think of all the cookies and crap my lil bro and my lil sis eat and I cant resist! But I havent eaten anything bad yet! Im doomed how do I resist all that junk?! I feel like crap help me before I go nuts!

Bananas haev been found to help people overcome depression- maybe they will make you feel a bit happier, they are very good for you too. If you eat a healthy balanced diet you should feel much more energetic than if you lived on junk food.

find foods you enjoy too! also eat more fiber like fiber one yougurt, breakfast bars, and ceral to help hunger feelings go away. they also have a healthy choice fudge bar which will give you a healthy dessert.

You could try finding the healthy foods that actually satisfy you. I get cravings for raw carrots because they are so cruchy and sweet. Maybe you could eat a carrot between meals if you’re hungry. Also, make sure you eat enought starchy stuff with your meals (brown bread, rice, pasta etc) or you really will lack energy, which makes you crave food more. And one square of dark chocolate per day isn’t really bad for you (in some ways it’s quite good for you), but might be something you can look forward to a lot!
