Really good comebacks insults?

ha that happened to a friend. he was working for his uncle doing like yard work and they were getting rid of the lawn up at BYU and replacing it with like this fake grass stuff. I dont know what it’s called. and some guy devon was like ‘what the hell are you doing to our lawn farmer ben?” (his name in ebn and his dad works on a ranch thing.) and he was all “ they sent me down here to get rid of it so cheer leaders would stop grazing.” it was hilarious. anywya I don’t know.

Sorry, I really don’t think that’s the way to go. One insult just asks for another, and nobody is the hapier for it.

Instead, try this: simply look that person straight in the eyes - not angry-looking, just steady and calm. And maybe tilt your head a little, as if you’re not sure what you heard. If that person has said something really stupid, he or she should realize it by now.

“Move your hooves, you heifer” - I don’t know don’t ask if someone makes a comment with the phrase “ I thought…”, then you ask, “what was your mistake?? You thought” “ooohh. im hurt so deep”

you could say “I’d rather not, I don’t particularly enjoy your company”. or “neh, I dont really wanna hang out with you, but thanks!”

  That being said, the problem with comebacks is that they always come to little to late.  I always think of the great ones after the fact.  As such, the best way to go is to hold your self above the insults .  Hold yourself tall, and when insulted just smile like you've been given the biggest compliment.  A little laughter will always set someone who is insulting you off their guard.
