Celery facts

I heard eating celery (spelling error?) is good for you and it burns calories? Can someone tell me how… And how much should I eat for it to burn a certain amount of calories? And is it still healthy if I eat with light dressing?

Celery is only one calorie for a few stalks. So yes if you eat celery it burns much more calories than it even contains. accualy most fruits && vegies have negative calories. after about 2 hours of absorbing nutrients && digesting lets say…an apple. Starting off with 80 calories in an apple it takes 90 calories to digest the apple so your left with negative 10 calories. =]

Theres the argument that celery is a negative calorie food, if you choose to believe it, and it takes more calories for your body to digest the food than the food itself. So taking that into account, you could eat celery all day and potentially loose weight.
